Al-Anon Mumbai Inter Group is conducting Al- Anon Service Seminar of Western Region (Maharashtra , Goa and Gujrat )on 17th and 18th April 2009 at St. Pius College, Goregaon (East), Mumbai- 400 063.


Al-Anon at the AA Convention at Mangalore


Mangalore in Karnataka, India played host to the first International AA Convention on the 25th & 26th January – 2009 with Al-Anon participation.

 

The event was organized by the State Committee of Alcoholics Anonymous-Karnataka in deep gratitude for the recovery of thousands of suffering alcoholics during the last 50 years and as a culmination of its Golden Jubilee celebrations – 1958 to 2008.

Welcome to Al-Anon in India.
A warm welcome especially if you are new to Al-Anon.


Any individual can join Al-Anon if he or she is troubled by another person's drinking, whether that drinking is still going on today or is in the past. If you are unfamiliar with Al-Anon and are wondering whether Al-Anon might be helpful for you take a look at our "Is Al-Anon for You?" page.

Our meetings are held in English, Hindi or local languages depending on the meeting and the participants. Languages spoken at meetings are listed on the meetings pages.


Al-Anon is an anonymous program. It is one of the main principles of Al-Anon that who attends meetings and what is said at meetings is held in strict confidence and "anonymity".
